SHED HUNTING

If you are looking for more opportunities to get outside and spend time with your dog in the field or woods, we might have something that will interest you.

We are now offering deer antler shed hunting training as an add-on program to our Puppy and Started training programs. This is a two week program that will introduce your retriever to antlers and get him/her excited about finding and retrieving them! We will then plant sheds out in the field in various types of cover including light grass, heavy grass, cattails, and woods for your dog to search for, find, and retrieve. In addition to hunting for sheds, we will work on training your retriever to hunt in range and respond to voice and whistle commands.

Two week program which will start upon completion of the Puppy or Started progrms. Cost - $450.
